Intelligent Servicing
For too long washroom servicing has gone unchecked and unaudited. Whilst a service operative may have provided a signature to confirm they had serviced your washrooms, the customer had no evidence of what had been completed, when, or where.
As washrooms are often serviced outside of usual working hours, customers had no way of knowing that everything included in their contract had been serviced or how thorough the service had been.
For Pink Hygiene this was unacceptable. We wanted to make the invisible visible, and provide a level of accountability unheard of in the industry.
That’s why we introduced Intelligent Servicing, using the latest barcode technology.
Every washroom product we install at your site is given a unique barcode identification number, and once serviced, this is scanned by your service operative. Details of the products that have been serviced, the time, and the location are all captured, and emailed to you once the service is complete. The report even includes details of any products that are damaged, missing, or can’t be serviced for whatever reason.
The email report is your proof and evidence that a thorough service has been done, and everything in your contract has been included.
This level of transparency provides our customers with a level of assurance they have never had before with any other hygiene services company.
Live tracking and journey planning
Pollution caused by traffic is a serious issue, so as part of our commitment to environmental good practice, we introduced live tracking of our vehicles and a policy to reduce mileage. Using the latest technology, routes are now planned to be as efficient as possible, and every vehicle in our fleet is tracked to see where they are in relation to our customer sites.
This is not only better for the environment, but allows us to provide precise information to customers on when their service operatives will be arriving at their premises.
