Adam Speck
Director
Adam graduated from the University of Leeds achieving a 2:1 in Management and Psychology and for over 25 years has worked within the hygiene and cleaning industry. With previous positions in key senior management roles, to developing and launching new divisions of companies, Adam’s skill sets are strong and diverse. He possesses a strong track record of delivering sustained sales growth and devising strategic and creative solutions to the challenges faced in business today.

Barry Marsham
Director
Barry has worked in the Washroom and Hygiene sector for over 40 years and during that time has been instrumental in delivering sustained success and innovation to the market place. Barry has always believed passionately in the importance of customer service values and has always understood that this is what truly underpins the success of a washroom company.

Taylor
ESg & operations manager
Taylor brings strong organisational skills and a passion for sustainability to her role as ESG and Operations Manager at Pink Hygiene. With extensive experience in office and operations management, she ensures processes run efficiently while driving initiatives that support environmental, social, and governance goals.
Known for her calm approach under pressure and ability to manage complex tasks, Taylor oversees daily operations, compliance, and continuous improvement projects that enhance both team performance and customer experience.
Away from work, Taylor enjoys spoiling her nieces and nephews and runs a creative side hustle making wax melts and home fragrances.

Abbie
CUSTOMER RELATIONS TEAM LEADER
As a long-standing member of the team, and having played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the data admin team, we are delighted that Abbie has now taken on the role of Customer Care Team Leader. Abbie brings a wealth of customer care experience that has greatly contributed to the company’s growth over the years and has plenty of new ideas and initiatives ready to implement to ensure smoother and more efficient operations within the company as we continue on our growth path. With her understanding of customer needs and preferences, she serves as a crucial link between the operations department and our ever-growing customer base. We are sure that with her attention to detail, knowledge base and professional attitude, Abbie will prove to a be a great success in this role.

Georgia
CUSTOMER RELATIONS ADVISOR
Georgia joins the Pink Hygiene team with a warm welcome, stepping into a role within our Customer Relations team. Bringing a wealth of experience from the financial services sector, coupled with her keen eye for detail and a spirited, positive work ethic, we have every confidence that Georgia will thrive in her new position and enrich our team dynamic. In her role, Georgia will play a vital part in ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes between our service team, operations, and valued customers, with a primary focus on ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount at all times.

Bradley
CUSTOMER RELATIONS ADVISOR
Bradley joins the new Pink Hygiene Customer Care Team in the key role of Data Administrator. Bradley will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring the communication between the service that is carried out by our Operations Team and our customers is at the highest of standards, ensuring they always know exactly what has been done on site. Bradley has a background as croupier and his strengths lie in his technical and computer skills and his hunger to work out the processes behind what is done and finding ways to improve them and make them more efficient. We look forward to Bradley helping continue to strengthen our service offering to all our customers even further.

Vicky
Internal Contracts Administrator
We are delighted to welcome Vicky to the Sales and Admin team at Pink Hygiene. As our company continues to grow and flourish, the need to ensure our sales operation runs smoothly and efficiently has never been greater. Vicky brings her fantastic administration and customer service skills to the team, with a particular flair and knowledge in systems and IT. With a vast background in the travel and tourism industry and having worked in various senior management roles in the past, Vicky will bring a fresh pair of eyes to our sales operations and help to further enhance and improve our systems and ultimately our clients experience.
Outside of work, Vicky has a love of travelling, playing bowls and walking her dogs and we very much look forward to her progressing her career at Pink

Daisy
CUSTOMER RELATIONS APPRENTICE
Daisy joins the company as a Customer Relations Apprentice, ready to start her working career with Pink Hygiene. Daisy has recently finished her A-Levels and is excited about joining a company that will give her a chance to grow, learn and develop her skills in the workplace. Pink is committed to giving opportunities and helping people develop their careers and with the support of the Pink team around her, we look forward to maximising the talent and skillset that Daisy has. Outside of work, alongside spending time with friends and family, Daisy enjoys reading and walking her family dog.

Kelly

Kelly joins Pink Hygiene to support the ever growing demands in our Accounts department. A dedicated and enthusiastic professional with over a decade of experience in the financial industry, she is experienced in working to tight deadlines and a highly dedicated and strongly driven individual. Kelly is the perfect addition to help the company with its systems and organisation as it continues to grow.

Millie
ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
We give a warm Pink welcome to Millie who joins the company taking up a dual role within the Accounts and the Customer Relations team. As Pink continues to grow, we have a requirement for talented people that can cover a multiple if disciplines and roles. With Millie’s background in Accounts and Administration, she fits the bill perfectly. Enthusiastic, motivated and with an appetite to learn and develop her career, we are confident that Millie will prove to be a valuable asset to the company and help us to continue to deliver exceptional customer service. Sue

Sue is an experienced CSR having worked in the washroom hygiene sector for many years. With her excellent customer service skills and driving experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Sue is a well respected and valuable member of the Pink team. Due to her consistent excellent work, Sue’s role has now developed and includes training for all new CRS’s to ensure the standards of every new member to the team remains at the highest levels set and expected from Pink Hygiene. She is also now responsible for carrying out audits on all customer sites to again ensure the quality being provided to our clients is at the very highest standard.

Keely

Having spent many years helping those most in-need, Deborah’s career change has seen her joining Pink Hygiene with a will and desire to learn new skills and provide quality consistent service to our customers. Susan is true washroom expert and professional having dedicated years of service in this industry. Being a stickler for getting things right first time, having a great work ethic and ensuring standards are maintained at all times, she is a perfect addition to the Pink family.

Gary
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the washroom industry and is an excellent addition to the operations team. Working for over a decade in this industry, Gary’s history of installing washroom products and his knowledge of all Pink Hygiene’s geographic coverage, make him an ideal fit for the team. With exceptional customer service skills and always prepared to go the extra mile for the customer, Pink Hygiene’s growing customer base will be in safe hands.

Michelle
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Michelle joins the Pink team bringing a wealth of service experience to the company. Having worked in the washroom sector for over 10 years, Michelle will be predominantly responsible for the Northampton, Milton Keynes and Hertfordshire regions and will undoubtedly continue to deliver the excellent all-round customer service and service punctuality that all Pink Hygiene customers have become accustomed to receiving.

Maria is vastly experienced CSR having worked many years in the washroom industry. With an approachable and customer focussed manner, Maria will no doubt to continue to delight our growing customer base with her dedication to the role and focus in delivering exceptional service all the time.

Brett

Brett joins the expanding operational team at Pink Hygiene bringing his diverse set of skills to the company. A true all-rounder, Brett is comfortable on the road meeting and exceeding our customers service expectations and works tirelessly to ensure all details on service are correct. Brett has a great worth ethic and will no doubt be a great addition to the company.

Karen
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Karen is welcomed to the Pink Hygiene team and brings her years of experience as a washroom technician to the company. Having worked in the industry for many years, Karen was looking for a fresh challenge with a progressive company that puts it’s people first and she found Pink! Karen’s knowledge of routes and washroom products is a great asset as is her friendly and customer-focussed personality. We look forward to Karen helping the company continue to grow and deliver exceptional service to all our customers.

Paul
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are delighted to welcome Paul to the Pink family, who will initially help the team as we grow our regions outside of London such as Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Paul has had a varied career, ranging from engineering and property sales, a frontline responder in the Police force and a driving examiner. He has also serviced in the Military with the British Army. As Paul says, ‘The one constant in his working life has been the provision of excellent customer service’. This certainly seems to be true with Paul immediately engaging with and delighting our customers with his friendly and professional manner. We look forward to Paul getting more involved with the service and installation aspects in the Operations team. Outside of work, Paul enjoys rugby, football, walking and mountain biking as well as having a passion for food & drink and cars.

Maria is warmly welcomed to Pink’s Operations teams as our client base continues to rapidly expand. With vast experience within the washroom sector, Maria is focussed on meeting and always exceeding our customer’s expectations. With an extremely friendly, approachable manner and a willingness to always go that extra mile to help people, Maria is a great addition to the team. Away from work, Maria is very family orientated, enjoying time spent with her partner, children and grandchildren.

Mandy
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are pleased to welcome Mandy to Pink Hygiene as part of our Operations team, helping us deliver outstanding service to our customers. With a solid background as an HGV driver for the past two years, and prior experience as a Prison Transport Officer with SERCO, Mandy brings with her a wealth of logistical expertise, discipline, and professionalism.
As our customer base continues to grow, so too does our need to strengthen our team with individuals who share our commitment to on-time, discreet, and friendly service. Mandy’s skills, attention to detail, and dedication to getting the job done to the highest standards make her a perfect fit for Pink Hygiene, and we are confident she will complement the team perfectly while continuing to delight our customers.

Claire is a dedicated and detail-focused member of the Pink Hygiene team. Having first joined before the pandemic, she quickly became valued for her reliability and accuracy.
After a brief time away during COVID, Claire has returned with the same conscientious approach and commitment to supporting both customers and colleagues. Whether assisting logistics, handling customer communication, or helping operations run smoothly, she works with care and consistency.
Her organisational skills and dependable nature make Claire a trusted part of the team and an asset to Pink Hygiene’s continued growth.

Steve
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Steve brings a wealth of experience to Pink Hygiene, with a background spanning sales, customer service, property maintenance, and logistics. His practical skills and adaptability make him a valuable part of the team, ensuring smooth operations and reliable support.
Known for his strong work ethic and hands-on approach, Steve assists with stock movement, deliveries, and depot organisation. His driving expertise and attention to detail help maintain efficiency across our logistics flow.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys walking his two energetic dogs and staying active. His versatility and commitment make him an important member of the Pink Hygiene team.

Chloe

Chloe is an adaptable and dedicated member of the Pink Hygiene team, bringing extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and administration. Known for her reliability and strong communication skills, she ensures smooth interactions with clients and supports day-to-day operations with precision and care.

Sally
LOGISTICS manager
With over nine years of dedicated service, Sally has seamlessly transitioned through roles in administration, logistics, and customer service with Pink Hygiene. Her versatile skill set has been instrumental in her current role, where she has excelled over the past three years in organising and optimising the logistics of stock and consumable reception for our expanding customer base. Sally’s exceptional memory and acute attention to detail are notable assets within her role, ensuring the accuracy of installations and servicing right from the first attempt. Her confident and friendly demeanour has made her an integral part of overseeing day-to-day activities at the Pink Hygiene Head Office, where she collaborates seamlessly with all staff members. Sally’s extensive experience, coupled with her precision and amicable nature, establishes her as a cornerstone of our team. Her ongoing contributions play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence, reflecting her commitment to the organisation.

Mark
LOGISTICS team leader
Mark plays a key role in keeping Pink Hygiene’s logistics running smoothly. As Logistics Team Leader, he oversees stock preparation, product flow, and depot organisation with accuracy and consistency.
Working closely with our Logistics Manager, Mark provides steady leadership across the week and is a trusted point of contact for both office and field teams. His calm, methodical approach and eye for detail ensure high operational standards that underpin our service delivery.
Mark’s hands-on work ethic and reliability make him an essential part of the Pink team, helping us maintain first-time accuracy and exceptional service standards.

Ben
LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
With the increasing volume of work in the warehouse, Ben joins the team to provide support and help to ensure we manage and process all the stock and orders to continually delight our customers. In a busy environment, Ben’s can-do attitude and desire to help and go above and beyond, truly helps the company to always fulfil its obligations. Away from work, Ben enjoys nature and the outside world and sampling as much different food as he can. Ben is warmly welcomed to the company.

Aaron
LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
Aaron is a valued member of our logistics team, known for his strong work ethic and positive attitude. In his role as Logistics Assistant, he supports stock organisation, product preparation, and depot housekeeping, helping keep operations running smoothly.
Working closely with Mark and Sally, Aaron ensures the depot remains structured and ready for our CSR teams. His tidy approach and willingness to help make him a reliable part of the team.
Aaron continues to grow in confidence and skills, bringing enthusiasm and a team-focused mindset to everything he does. His contribution helps maintain the high standards our customers expect.
